I have a passion for working with anyone experiencing distress from challenging transitions or past struggles, and love going deep with clients to uncover the barriers to fulfillment, secure connection, and enjoyment in their lives. Through EFT, I hope to help partners, families, and individuals nurture and grow feelings of connection through secure and healthy attachments.
I believe in the importance of seeing into the heart of my clients, of empowering their intuition, and of incorporating compassionate and evidence-based strategies to help them heal from the inside out. Utilizing a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma informed approach, I strive to make therapy a creative, dynamic, and restorative experience.
After years of experience with diverse people of all ages while working in Jackson(WY), Atlanta(GA), and New York City, I feel lucky to call Bozeman my home after 8 years rotating between Montana and Wyoming. I look forward to building relationships with clients seeking deep connection, healing, and growth.
When I am not working with clients, I love to do anything outside: hike, bike, ski, paddle, and camp. Lastly, I am a big proponent of self-care, and participate in Yoga, Meditation, Vibrational and Sensory Deprivation Therapy, restorative Massage, and any Hot Springs!
