EMDR

This stage of life is full of transitions—some exciting, some overwhelming. Whether you're figuring out who you are, navigating friendships and social dynamics, coping with anxiety or stress, or struggling with self-worEye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people process and heal from distressing experiences, trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. Through guided bilateral stimulation—such as eye movements, tapping, or sounds—EMDR helps the brain reprocess difficult memories so they become less emotionally overwhelming. Rather than erasing memories, EMDR supports the brain's natural healing process, allowing clients to feel less stuck in the past and more grounded in the present.
