Allie Fairman, MA, PCLC
Reaching out for help and beginning the therapeutic journey can feel overwhelming — and I want you to know you're not alone in that. Life presents us with countless challenges, some heavier than others, and navigating them can be difficult.
I’m Allie, a therapist at Little Bear Counseling, and I work with adolescents, couples, and individuals across the lifespan with warmth, empathy, and curiosity.

Whether you're navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, or academic pressure, I’m here to walk alongside you. My goal is to offer a supportive space where you feel truly heard and where we can work together to create meaningful change.

About Me
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Community Health from Montana State University, and went on to complete both a Graduate Certificate in Addictions Counseling and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bellevue University. I am also a proud member of Chi Sigma Iota, the international honor society for counseling professionals.
I bring a background in health and wellness alongside clinical training that supports my integrative approach to therapy. I'm passionate about working with teens, adults, and couples who are navigating periods of change, stress, or relational disconnection.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with family and friends, staying active, and finding balance in nature or a good book.
