Taylor Ladd, Intern

There's something magical that happens when we start living in true alignment with who we really are and what we deeply value. I'm here to walk with you on that beautiful, sometimes winding journey toward greater authenticity.

I believe wholeheartedly that life becomes richer and more fulfilling when we dare to connect meaningfully and vulnerably with others—and I'm excited to help you create exactly these kinds of connections in your own life.

Together, we'll dive deep into understanding your unique history, the values that guide you, the patterns that shape your thinking, and the dreams that call to you, so I can truly support you in becoming who you're meant to be.

My Approach: Emotionally Focused & Attachment-Based

To me, counseling is like having a sacred space where we can step back and curiously examine the stories we've been carrying—celebrating the ones that lift us up and gently releasing the ones that no longer fit who we're becoming.

It's also a place where we can honor your very human responses to the challenges and broken systems around us, while setting heartfelt intentions for the life you truly want to create. Having experienced the profound, life-changing power of counseling in my own journey, I feel deeply excited to be part of this kind of transformation with you.

I bring my whole self into every moment we share—genuine curiosity about your world, deep compassion for your journey, and complete presence for whatever you're experiencing. I weave together approaches from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Relational-Cultural Therapy, trauma-informed healing, and multicultural perspectives to create something uniquely supportive for you.

My intention is to craft a space where you feel truly seen, deeply understood, and  supported as you explore yourself, your relationships, and the path ahead.

About Me

My journey began in the beautiful U.S. Virgin Islands, where I learned early about the power of community and connection. After earning my Psychology degree at Harvard College, I spent meaningful time in the Peace Corps and the corporate world before my heart called me home to counseling—drawn by its deep intentionality and  focus on people's wellbeing and growth.

I'm currently pursuing my Master's in Marriage, Couples, & Family Counseling at Montana State University, and I feel incredibly grateful to be learning and growing alongside the wonderful team here at Little Bear Counseling.

When I'm not in session, you'll find me soaking up time in Montana's gorgeous outdoors, treasuring moments with  friends, and always looking for ways to nurture the kind of meaningful community that makes life sparkle.
